How it works
Two perspectives, collected independently.
The order matters. Both sides are heard before anything is analyzed.
Your perspective
Private while it's collected
Their perspective
Written without seeing yours
Shared judgment
One independent analysis
- 1
Share your perspective
Write what happened in your own words. Nobody else sees it while both sides are being collected.
- 2
Invite the other person
You get a private link to send them, usually by text. They explain the same situation from their side, without seeing what you wrote.
- 3
A question or two, if needed
If something important is missing, either person may be asked a short question. No conclusion is forced when the information doesn't support one.
- 4
Get your shared judgment
Both of you see the same analysis: what appears to have happened, where you agree, where you differ, and what could help next.
If they don't reply
You aren't stuck. From your own link you can choose to continue with just your perspective. The analysis will be clear about what can and can't reasonably be concluded without them.
